Refund policy
Overview
Your stoke level is important to us and we want you to be pumped on our offerings! Please read this page carefully for our return/shipping policies. We don’t accept returns on beer, but do let us know if the beer is damaged in transit. We’re happy to refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving damaged beer. To start a return, send us an email with your order number to info@humblesea.com
We only ship beer within CA. This applies to all beer purchased on our shipping site, including our beer subscription boxes. However, we can ship non-alcoholic items anywhere in the United States (merch items).
Refunds
If you receive beer or merch that is damaged, we want to make it right! To return merchandise, simply send us an email at info@humblesea.com and explain the situation. Pictures of damaged products are super helpful. Unless we’ve sent you the incorrect item or the item is damaged upon receiving it, we don't pay for return shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping to our warehouse. Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we’ll refund the full price minus the cost of shipping.Damaged Items
Refund Processing Time
Once your items arrive back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. Most refunds will show up in your bank account within 5-7 days of processing. Some banks may take up to a full billing cycle to reflect the refund amount. We’ll send you an email or text once we issue the refund on our end. Feel free to check back in, but ultimately the time frame will depend on your banking institution.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer exchange on any purchases unless we’ve made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, size, etc. If you’d like to exchange something (for example, a t-shirt for a different size), you can return the first item for a refund and place a separate order for the new size. We’ll refund your purchase and send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the original item back in new condition to our warehouse.
Canceling Orders
Orders can be canceled and refunded in full if we have not yet created a shipping label/packed the item. However, we’re lightning fast trying to get packages out the door once you place your order. In most cases, we can’t cancel an order unless you email info@humblesea.com with your request within 30 minutes of ordering, but this is not a guarantee. For info on canceling Hop Boxes or other beer subscriptions please email subscriptions@humblesea.com
Combining Orders
We’re not able to combine separate orders into one box for shipping. Unfortunately, we can’t make any exceptions on this one. This includes combining beer subscription boxes with other items purchased on our website.
Order Delivery
We’ll email you a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your tracking information to activate through GLS. You can track your order by calling GLS directly at 1-800-322-5555. You must be home to sign for your delivery, and GLS will return the box back to us after 3 failed attempts. If you haven’t received your box within 5 business days, reach out to info@humblesea.com. For information on beer subscription box deliveries feel free to email us at subscriptions@humblesea.com
